Holder of a degree in private law obtained in 1984 from Hassan II University in Casablanca, Jamal Lezbare completed his civil service at the Meknes Court of Appeal. He then completed his legal training with the firms of Maîtres Hassan Alaoui and Abdelmajid Amor, both recognised for their expertise in insurance law and business law.
